This white wine is inspired by "La Brise des Champs", which was one of our first white wine cuvées. Fresh and fruity, this clear and limpid white wine has a rather delicate nose with notes of apple, pear, and tropical fruits.

WINEMAKING
Each grape variety is fermented individually at a controlled temperature to optimize the flavors and aromas of the wine, then blended.
