Vin Passerillé Glacé Blanc
Elaborated from grapes harvested in the fall, placed in ventilated boxes and exposed to the wind for dehydration; then as for icewine, the grapes are pressed when outside temperature reaches below -8°C.
Dense and fruited, this passerillé glacé wine has a clear and golden colour and a delicate nose with notes of apple, pear and candied tropical fruit.
